I truly enjoyed staying in this excellent value and reasonably priced place. The staff was competent, really helpful, and everything was very good. The restaurant was clean for dinner here, I had very pleasant 

The restaurant here was really nice for dinner, we both ordered very pleasant dishes. The staff were especially helpful and very amiable, everything was very good. Its decent, remote location was a plus. Moreover, it was at a moderate distance 

Liked warm breakfast, pet-friendly and well-appointed room.

We got a room with a bath.

The place was well-run and great value, with its genuinely helpful staff on the reception desk.

Recommend this venue to everyone, nothing too much trouble. The rooms are a nice size with a travel cot, a bath, as example and the staff are competent.

Secluded location just off st Alban's as well as the spacious areas available to walk a dog, it was in a nice enough area. Besides, Watercress Nature Reserve was 3 km away from the venue. I had neat and compact classic double 

Convenient position was an added bonus. The hotel was in a very nice area, short walk to London from there as well as bar / restaurant.

Decent size & brand-new rooms with a bath.

Generally, the place was brilliant and had very obliging staff with the same receptionist as check in. The classic queen room I got was complete with twin beds and tea & coffee plus housekeeping remove things.  

Overall - beautiful place with kind staff with the same receptionist as check in. Exceptionally comfortable beds, marvellous location in the centre. Also - adjacent to the airport, St Albans for a friends 40th Birthday, and reception.  

The king suite with coffee, twin beds and hairdryers provided. Especially helpful staff, very good check-in and comfortable bar.

Beautiful and absolutely fabulous place, it has nice staff on the reception desk. The hotel is situated in the secluded location by council.

Large breakfast with tepid coffee and comfortable location. Responsive employees on the reception desk and really good facilities.

Variety of tasty items for full English breakfast. Well-appointed room and comfortable bed, comfy sleep.
